About the Book

The recipes contained in this cookbook were all typed or handwritten by Ann Morgan, one of the most talented home chefs I've ever known. When it came to food, she was a perfectionist — in taste AND presentation.

Within these recipes. you will see notes she made to herself or spot an occasional splatter stain (always a sign of a good recipe).

Some she typed in bold and some in a much lighter print. some in colored ink, some not, some on plain card stock and others on lined sheets.

Several came out of her printer a bit crooked and I did my photoshopping best to straighten them for this cookbook. That was my only "editing" contribution because I wanted to provide duplications of these recipes just as Ann herself used them.

As we prepare them in our own kitchens. may the taste, aroma and a of these beautiful creations keep her forever in our hearts.
